Jackson Rwakabuba serves as the Managing Director of RJConsult Ltd, where he spearheads the company’s strategic vision with a focus on leveraging his extensive experience and expertise in land management. With a distinguished career spanning various esteemed roles, Jackson brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, particularly in land management practices, governance, and risk assessment tailored to the land management sector.
With more than a decade of post-qualification experience in land management, sustainability, and business advisory, Jackson is committed to driving RJConsult Ltd towards sustainable growth and success. His leadership is characterized by a deep understanding of optimizing land assets and investments effectively, ensuring the firm’s endeavors align with both economic and environmental sustainability objectives.

Johnny Rugema is a highly skilled GIS (Geographic Information Systems) professional with more than ten years of expertise in various geo spatial domains, including remote sensing, photogrammetry, image processing, web-based GIS applications and development, land use planning, and environmental management. He has a strong academic background and a proven track record in GIS and remote sensing applications, land use planning, land surveying, and geospatial mapping. He has held various positions in GIS, land use planning, and land surveying, both nationally and internationally. Most recently, he served as a GIS Technician for MONUSCO in Bunia, DRC. Prior to that, he was the Chief Technical Officer at GEOSURVE and ENGINEERING WORKS LTD and a GIS Specialist at Charis-UAS (Charis Unmanned Aerial Solutions) and the National Land Authority, formerly known as Rwanda Natural Resources. He has also participated in various surveys and baseline studies, which has enhanced his teamwork, flexibility, and interpersonal skills. His research and data analysis capabilities have been honed through these experiences.
